Kathy Lett Counselling
A calm, trustworthy website for a BACP-accredited counsellor in Poole, helping adults through grief, anxiety, cancer and life’s hardest transitions.
A warm, reflective space for healing, growth and change
Kathy Lett is a BACP-accredited counsellor based in Lilliput, Poole. She qualified in 2003 and spent sixteen years in the NHS counselling people affected by cancer, and now sees adults face to face in Lilliput and by telephone and online. We designed and built a website that reflects the calm, human quality of her work and makes it as easy as possible to take the first step, and we host it and look after it too.
A site worthy of the support Kathy provides
A warm, trustworthy first impression
Someone reaching out to a counsellor for the first time needs to feel safe. The site had to earn that trust before a single word was exchanged.
No surprises about fees or approach
The fee, the session length, the days Kathy works and the cancellation policy, all set out plainly so nobody has to ask.
A low-barrier way to get in touch
The free 30-minute consultation had to be front and centre, with a phone number, text and email, so the first step feels small.
Everything a client needs, in one calm place
Welcoming homepage
A calm front page with the free 30-minute consultation front and centre, and three simple steps from first contact to the first session.

A site that helps people take the first step
Thank you so much for all your patience, empathy and unconditional support on my journey of self discovery. I have come through some very dark times stronger, more self-aware and more resilient.
Clients are often nervous before they even get in touch, so the site needed to feel calm rather than clever. It does. People arrive at the first session already knowing how I work, which makes the start of counselling easier.
