Not sure what you need? Try our free website planner: six quick questions, and a plan on screen.
Not every shop needs a thousand-product system. Many Jersey businesses just want to sell a small, well-chosen range online, simply and reliably, without committing to a complex platform.
We set up clean product pages and a straightforward checkout so you can start selling, and the setup can grow with you as demand builds: add more products, more categories or more payment options when you are ready.
Ideal for: Makers, artisans, small retailers and businesses with a focused product range in Jersey.

Common questions
Which payment methods can customers use?
We set up the standard options: card payments and common digital wallets. Jersey businesses can also accept bank transfer, which we can support alongside.
Can I offer delivery across Jersey and shipping overseas?
Yes. Delivery options can be set by location, so you can offer island delivery at one rate and international shipping at another.
Can I track orders?
Yes. A basic order management area is included so you can see what has been sold and keep on top of fulfilment.
What if my product range grows?
Starting small is fine. Additional products and categories can be added at any point, and we can scale the shop as your business grows.
Can the shop handle UK customers?
Yes. We set up separate postage for Jersey and the UK and show the full price, including delivery, before checkout. How UK VAT gets paid is worth deciding first with Jersey Post or your accountant, and our selling online guide explains the options.
What clients say
Teaching bridge online means the website has to do the explaining before anyone books. The course structure is clear now, the lessons are easy to reach, and I spend less time answering the same questions by email.
We have just taken the reins of our website, love your door.co.uk. Fantastic communication the whole way through, to deliver what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend these guys who really know their stuff. Thanks again.
Jersey Web gave Little Timbers a website that feels just like our stall: friendly, local and easy to find your way around. Customers can see all our produce, check which market we are at that week and get in touch, and our holiday let has its own section with photos and a link to book. They understood straight away what we wanted, and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend them to any small local business.
Selling online from Jersey is different
A Jersey shop sells into two tax systems. At home, GST is 5%, and if you are registered your prices must include it (registration is only required above £300,000 of sales a year). Parcels to the UK cross a customs border: they need electronic customs data, and UK VAT has to be paid somewhere, ideally before the parcel arrives, through Jersey Post’s IVAS scheme, a marketplace that collects it, or UK VAT registration.
The Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007 sets out what your shop must tell customers before they buy and gives them 7 working days to cancel; UK shoppers expect 14. We build this into the shop: GST-inclusive prices, postage by zone, the required information and an order confirmation that explains how to cancel. Our guide to selling online from Jersey has the detail, including 2026 Jersey Post prices.
