What a website costs over one and three years
Most quotes show the build price. This table adds the hosting, so you can see what you actually pay over time. Builds are priced to the job: these are the rough guides we use, not a quote.
| Website | Build | Hosting | First year | Three years |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A focused one-page website | From £100 to £300 | From £20 a month | From £340 to £540 | From £820 to £1,020 |
| A small multi-page website | From £300 to £800 | From £20 a month | From £540 to £1,040 | From £1,020 to £1,520 |
| An online shop or booking site | Priced after a short chat about products, payments and delivery | From £20 a month | Build plus hosting from £240 | Build plus hosting from £720 |
- How it adds up: the build is paid once; hosting is from £20 a month, so from £240 a year. For example, a one-page site from £100 costs from £340 in its first year and from £820 over three years.
- Not included: your domain name, which is registered in your name and paid for separately, and optional extras such as SEO, copywriting or extra features, which we quote separately.
- Your quote is what counts: we confirm the build price in writing before you commit. See how our pricing works and what websites cost in Jersey, including other ways to get one.
What the planner gives you
Your answers point to one of five starting points. Each comes with the reasons it fits, the pages to include, a short “get these ready” list and the guides worth reading next.
- A focused one-page website. One well-organised page that says what you do, where you work and how to get in touch. It is quick to launch and easy to grow later. Rough guide: from £100 to £300.
- A small multi-page business website. A home page plus a page for each main service or need, so customers (and Google) can find exactly what they are looking for. Rough guide: from £300 to £800.
- A replacement website. A new site built around what works on your current one, with the important pages and addresses carried over so you keep the customers and searches you already have.
- An online shop or booking site, scoped together first. Taking payments or bookings online adds products, delivery, stock, terms and payment setup. It is worth a short conversation to scope it properly before anyone gives you a price.
- Get control of your website and domain first. Before anything new is built, make sure the domain name and website are in your name and that you can log in. Then decide whether to repair or replace.
How Jersey Web works
Jersey Web is a UK web studio that builds websites for Jersey businesses. We work remotely, by WhatsApp, phone and email, and write each site for the customers it serves: the parishes you cover and the way people here search.
Builds start from £100 and are priced to the job. Hosting is from £20 a month and covers keeping the site online, secure and up to date. Prefer to skip the planner? Tell us about your business instead. Website, domain or email not working? Start with what to check first.

Questions about the planner
Is this a quote?
No. It is a starting plan based on your answers. Every build is priced to the job: builds start from £100 and hosting is from £20 a month. If you send us your plan, we reply with any questions and a written price.
Do I have to give my email to see the result?
No. The plan appears on screen as soon as you answer the last question, and you can copy it. Sending it to us is optional.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you press “Send my plan”, and then only to us, so we can reply. See our privacy policy.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No tool can promise that. The plan points you at the pages and steps that help people find and choose a local business, such as clear services, the parishes you cover and a free Google Business Profile if you meet customers in person.
