Website hosting for Jersey businesses, from £20 a month
Your website on Google Cloud servers in London, kept secure, backed up and updated by us. No setup fee and no long contract.
Hosting is the part of a website nobody notices until it fails. It decides how quickly your pages load, whether your site stays online, and whether an expired certificate or an unpatched plugin turns into a warning message for your customers.
Our hosting costs from £20 a month. Your site runs on Google Cloud infrastructure in London, with an SSL certificate, backups, security and updates looked after for you. The build is priced separately, from £100 depending on the job, so hosting is the only regular cost.
Ideal for: Jersey businesses that want a fast, secure site, one clear monthly price and a real person to contact.
What this service does for you
Fast where it counts
Your site is served from Google Cloud servers in London, on Google's own network. Speed also depends on how a site is built, so the two are worth judging together.
Secure by default
An SSL certificate on every site, plus the updates and security work that keep it trustworthy. You do not have to track renewals or patches.
Clear pricing, no surprises
From £20 a month covers the lot. No setup fee, no long contract, and you keep your domain and your content.

What you get
Common questions
How much does website hosting cost in Jersey?
Hosting with Jersey Web is from £20 a month, with no setup fee and no long contract. When you compare hosting elsewhere, check whether security, backups and updates are included, and whether the price rises after the first year.
What does the hosting fee (from £20 a month) cover?
The servers your site runs on, an SSL certificate, backups, security, updates and ongoing maintenance, plus a real person to contact when you want a change. A domain name is separate: a .je is £49 a year direct from the registry, and registrars set their own prices.
Is web hosting free?
No. Hosting is a running cost for every website, whoever builds it. Ours is from £20 a month, and the website build is priced separately, from £100 depending on the job.
Where are the servers?
Your site runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, on servers in London.
Is there a contract?
There is no long contract. You own your content and your domain.
Is my website backed up?
Yes. Backups are part of the hosting, so a mistake or a faulty update can be put right.
How fast will my website be?
Speed depends on the hosting and on how the site is built. Hosting on Google Cloud gives a strong base. As an example, real visitors on phones to the West Hants Bridge School site see the main content in about 1.3 seconds, and all three Core Web Vitals are rated good (Google Chrome UX Report, September 2026).
What clients say
We had over fifty years of history and nowhere sensible to put it online. Jersey Web gave us one place where clubs, events and news actually make sense to a visitor. Members find what they need without ringing us first.
Clients are often nervous before they even get in touch, so the site needed to feel calm rather than clever. It does. People arrive at the first session already knowing how I work, which makes the start of counselling easier.
We have just taken the reins of our website, love your door.co.uk. Fantastic communication the whole way through, to deliver what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend these guys who really know their stuff. Thanks again.
What real visitors experience
Lab scores are useful, but what counts is what real visitors see. These figures are Google's real-user data for West Hants Bridge School, one of the sites we host, measured on phones.
Source: Google Chrome UX Report, 75th percentile of real visits on phones to learntoplaybridgeonline.co.uk, checked 21 September 2026. This is one site we host. It shows what is possible, not a promise for every site.
What hosting has to do with being found on Google
Google measures how quickly real visitors can see and use your pages, and reports it as Core Web Vitals. Speed is one signal among many, and it will not rescue a page with nothing useful on it. It does matter at the margin, and a slow site loses visitors before they read a word.
Hosting sets the floor. Slow servers cannot be hidden by a well-built page, and a well-built page cannot be rescued by fast servers. Both need to be right, which is why we look after the build and the hosting together.
Reliability counts too. If Google finds your site down or returning errors, it may drop pages from results until they recover, and an expired certificate shows visitors a full-page warning. Managed hosting exists to stop both. For the wider picture, our guide to local SEO in Jersey covers what else helps customers find you.
