Little Timbers
A warm, simple one-page website for a New Forest local produce business: honey, eggs, cider and more, the markets to find them at each week, and a holiday let to stay in.
The produce, the markets and a place to stay, on one page
Little Timbers sells honest, homegrown New Forest produce: honey from local beekeepers, free range eggs, handmade shortbread, apple juice, and New Forest cider and gin. Geoff and the team sell at Christchurch Market on Mondays, Ringwood Market on Wednesdays and New Forest events on Saturdays, and Geoff is an ambassador for the New Forest Marque. Alongside the produce, Little Timbers has a self-catering holiday let on the edge of the forest.
We designed and built a single page that shows every product with a photo, makes the weekly markets easy to find, explains the New Forest Marque connection, gives the holiday let its own section with a link to book, and ends with simple ways to get in touch. We host the site and look after it too.
Show the produce, and where to buy it
Show the produce
Honey, free range eggs, shortbread, apple juice, cider and gin, each with a real photo, so a visitor can see exactly what is on the stall.
Say where to find them
Most sales happen at markets, not online. The site had to make it obvious which market Little Timbers is at on which day.
Two sides of one business
Alongside the produce, Little Timbers has a self-catering holiday let. Both had to sit on one page without either getting lost.
A stall, a story and a holiday let
The Marque, up front
The New Forest Marque badge and its line, The Sign Of True Local Produce, sit above the welcome, so the local credentials come first.
Six product cards
Honey, free range eggs, shortbread, apple juice, cider and gin, each with its own photo, and cider and gin marked as available only at the markets.
Where to find us
The weekly markets in plain words, an open hours card for each day, a photo of the team on the stall and a button that opens Google Maps.
Hosted and looked after
We host the site, keep it secure and up to date, and make any changes Geoff needs, from new products to market days.
A New Forest Marque section
Why the Marque matters, Geoff’s role as an ambassador for it, photos from Marque events and a link to the Marque’s own site.
The holiday let
A section for the self-catering accommodation, with twelve photos of the rooms and woodland garden and a Book now button to its listing.
Three ways to get in touch
Email, phone and the address as three simple cards at the foot of the page, for produce questions and holiday let enquiries alike.
A look that fits the forest
Warm orange and sage green with a row of tree silhouettes between sections, so the page feels like the New Forest rather than a template.
Five sections, from the stall to a stay
A one-page site works when each section answers the next question a visitor has. What do you sell? Where can I buy it? Is it really local? Can I stay nearby? How do I reach you?

Six local products, each with a photo and a short description.

The weekly markets, the open hours and a link to Google Maps.

The New Forest Marque, Geoff’s part in it and photos from its events.

One page for the stall and the stay

for one of our one-page websites, depending on the job.
Jersey Web gave Little Timbers a website that feels just like our stall: friendly, local and easy to find your way around. Customers can see all our produce, check which market we are at that week and get in touch, and our holiday let has its own section with photos and a link to book. They understood straight away what we wanted, and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend them to any small local business.
