Word of mouth is gold for a trade. A website is where that recommendation gets checked. When someone passes on your name, the first thing they do is look you up, and what they find shapes whether they call.
We build a straightforward site that shows what you do, where you work and how to reach you, with a gallery of finished jobs that does the convincing for you. No waffle, no fuss.
Ideal for: Builders, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, cleaners and service trades across Jersey.
What this kind of site does for you

Common questions
Can I show my trade accreditations?
Yes. Any licences, insurance logos or trade body badges can go on the site. They are often the thing that tips a customer into getting in touch.
I work on site all day. Can I still update it?
You will not need to. We handle all updates for you. Send a few new job photos whenever you like and we will add them.
Can you list the parishes I cover?
Yes. We make it clear which areas of Jersey you work across, which helps people in those parishes find the right local tradesperson.
Can you add a quote request form?
Yes. A simple quote or enquiry form is included as standard. More detailed booking flows are available as an optional add-on.
What should a Jersey tradesperson show on their website?
Your registrations (your Gas Safe number, or NICEIC, NAPIT or BRE Certification membership for electrical work), your insurance, the parishes you cover, photos of real jobs, and a phone number that dials when tapped.
What clients say
Jersey Web made getting our fencing business online straightforward. They took the time to understand what we do and who we do it for, and turned it into a clean, simple website that shows off our work and makes it easy for customers to ring us for a quote. Everything is on one page, it looks great on a phone, and they were quick and easy to deal with from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to any local trade business.
We have just taken the reins of our website, love your door.co.uk. Fantastic communication the whole way through, to deliver what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend these guys who really know their stuff. Thanks again.
Jersey Web gave Little Timbers a website that feels just like our stall: friendly, local and easy to find your way around. Customers can see all our produce, check which market we are at that week and get in touch, and our holiday let has its own section with photos and a link to book. They understood straight away what we wanted, and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend them to any small local business.
The Jersey rules your trade website should reflect
All gas work in Jersey needs ACS competence and Gas Safe registration, under an approved code of practice in force since January 2022, and the Health and Safety Inspectorate prosecutes unregistered work (opens in a new tab). If you are registered, put your Gas Safe number on every page; it is the first thing a careful customer looks for.
Electrical installations must meet BS 7671 under the Building Bye-laws. Notifiable work is certified through the electrician’s registration body (NICEIC, NAPIT or BRE Certification), and even minor work such as an extra socket needs a Minor Works Certificate. Say which scheme you belong to, and check current requirements with Building Control if you are unsure.
Bigger jobs may need building permission (opens in a new tab) from the Government of Jersey, and notifiable construction projects have duties under the Management in Construction Regulations. A page explaining who applies for what, and what you handle for the customer, is the kind of content that wins a job before the first visit.
