Riva Architects is a Jersey studio founded by Carlo Riva in 2002, after he had worked on his own since 1993. It is based on the first floor of Industria House in Red Houses and takes on projects from small extensions to large, phased developments.

The studio covers every stage, from a first site visit and sketch schemes through planning and building bye-law applications, 3D models and tendering. It then runs the building contract, inspects at practical completion and returns six to twelve months later to check for defects.
